July 11 to 14, 2016, in Groningen, the Netherlands

With the support of ISCA (the International Society for Conversation Analysis), the Language and Social Interaction group of the University of Groningen.
IACA16 will take place in between two ICCA-conferences (2014 and 2018) and will have a focus on the research process rather than on research output. The academy is meant for CA researchers in all career stages, including PhD students. It will offer members of the CA community an environment to learn from each other about analytical choices, modes of analytical reasoning, and the different technologies that may support CA research.
